Crockpot BBQ Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 jar Stubb's Spicy BBQ Sauce
- 1 jar Mt Olive Mild Banana Pepper Rings
Directions:
- Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Pour half of the BBQ sauce over the chicken. Turn each piece to coat.
- Cook on low for about 8 hours. Once the chicken is done, transfer it to a baking dish or large bowl. Shred chicken.
- Add remaining BBQ sauce to chicken and stir. Add jar of banana pepper rings and stir.
