Crockpot BBQ Chicken

Crockpot BBQ Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 jar Stubb's Spicy BBQ Sauce
  • 1 jar Mt Olive Mild Banana Pepper Rings

Directions:
  1. Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Pour half of the BBQ sauce over the chicken. Turn each piece to coat.
  2. Cook on low for about 8 hours. Once the chicken is done, transfer it to a baking dish or large bowl. Shred chicken.
  3. Add remaining BBQ sauce to chicken and stir. Add jar of banana pepper rings and stir.
Why I love it:
  • Convenient
  • Low Sugar
  • Sweet & Spicy
  • Freezer Friendly

Samantha's Notes:
  • I like to make this recipe and freeze half of it for another time.
  • I often pair this recipe with a side salad, plain baked potato, green beans, baked beans, or corn.
